A remitted requiem.

Received an MMS with a picture of this $10 note with 6061 as the last 4 digits of the note's serial number. Now, who is mental and meticulous so as to pay attention to this sorta detail you may ask. Well, my friend, Sebastian Tay.

Visited him at the store today since I happened to be in the vicinity. I thought he was going to give me that note for free. But that was not to be.

Was at Isetan Lido yesterday afternoon ... walked around and something caught my attention. A jumper, in deep pink. 90% of me wanted to have a closer and look at the item and probably try it on. But the remaining 10% reminded me that I'm supposed to be done with that hue - whether it's deep, medium or light.

I think I walked past that section for like 6 times before finally giving in. Perfect fit and pretty preppy in pink. Off to the cashier. At least it didn't cost more than one blue note. If anything, I got a pretty good deal.

And so, no requiem for the colour pink (yet). Remitted to another day.
